Looks good to me Dave. You're right there, can't beat a tyre swing, the kids look like they're having a ball.
I'm a complete dinosaur when it comes to smart phones, are you able to rotate the image before posting? If not I could have a crack at it for you?

Lovely shot Dave, though it would look better rotated .
My wife gets frustrated with her phone photos doing the sane thing, not sure what the fix is.
May be best to break out with that D200

Not wanting to be an alarmist, but just recently in my area there was a horrific accident with a tire swing. A young girl was playing on it while Mum went about the daily chores, she looked to see her daughter dangling with the rope wrapped around the girls neck, she was blue in the face, but quick action by Mum saved her life. Sorry to sound like a spoilsport, but I cant help but pass it on to be careful.
        Cheers, Brad.

          Thanks for the warning Brad

I think the rope and tire is heavy enough to avoid that but will keep alert. My greater fear is if a branch should snap thus the rope is anchored to a second branch.

I notice the quality of the photo is considerably reduced when uploaded. Is there anything I can do about this

Sorry Dave, I can't help regarding your question re the quality. Maybe someone else could shed some light.

Dave, I noticed when downloading the photo that it is only 75K in size and 60%. Maybe the phone resizes the images when sending them via internet to keep the file size down.
Rotated the image and had a play with it. Not much you can do when the original image has been reduced to 60%.

That's even smaller 38Kb. Can you download from your phone to a PC. how many megapixel is your phone.
I'm no expert on mobile devices, maybe there is someone here who could step up and help Dave.

Phone takes 12 megapixel photos. The pic's on wwf are all from my phone but loaded thru tapatalk. Not sure why I cant load a better resolution from my phone. I had the same problem on another forum about 5 years ago and stopped going there as my pics were 'C' rap.

It is very very rare I'm ever on a pc though I will have to if I start using the DSLR

I guess it's a generational thing Dave, but I can't imagine viewing forums on anything less than a 19" screen. As for messaging on a phone those touch keypads drive me nuts. The smallest screen I viewed a forum on is my wife's iPad mini when we're away in the caravan.
