      Can we have some more info? Why use burst mode - did you want a sequence? If so, did you start early enough to get the shot which is the midway point where he is off the horse, but has not really caught the calf or the other end when he 'flips' the calf onto its back? They would have made a great sequence, and you have a great sequence, a spectacular sequence.

        Why burst mode? It was a rodeo lots of action happening very quickly. I was not after a sequence, but when I saw what I had captured I was pretty happy with it. I was really only after a shot of the cowboy coming off his horse.

              My name's Billy, not Silly, definitely outside the arena. I used my 70 - 200 lens with a 2x converter fitted. These shots were at 268mm.
